Mike is originally from Fargo, ND. In college Mike's life was transformed by Jesus in a crisis moment that changed the trajectory of his life. Mike went on to complete a B.S. in Natural Resources Management from North Dakota State University and a M.S. in Environmental Sustainability and Project Management from St. Edwards University.

In 2015 Mike met his beautiful wife Elisabeth while performing field research in NW North Dakota and the two were married and now have three beautiful children, Averie, Isaac, and Ellis. Mike loves exercising, hunting, exploring with his family, and traveling.

In 2019, Mike was called to plant Rescue House Church. Prior to that call he served as Youth Pastor at The Pursuit Church in Minot, ND where he realize his gifts and passions were best used in building the local church.

Elisabeth is the worship leader at RHC. She is passionate about music and Jesus, and worshipping the Lord through music.

Lauren is passionate about fostering an atmosphere where people can hear from God and respond in faith!

Mason is passionate about many things but his biggest passion is helping others encounter Jesus in an approachable way!

Amanda is passionate about using her time, talents, and treasures to share God's love with the people around her.

Jody is passionate about people and gifted in striking up a conversation with anyone. She uses that gift by engaging and encouraging people in their relationship with Jesus. 

Joe is hungry to empower others to take next steps in their relationship with Jesus and their leadership. Joe supports and equips the Small Group Leaders at RHC.

Jon Susa, serves as the Senior Pastor of The Caring Place Church in Indianapolis, IN. His Latino heritage and South American upbringing as a Missionary Kid bring insight and care to the local church and uniquely enables him to have global impact. Jon serves Rescue House Church acting as a covering for the Lead Pastor of Rescue House Church.
